Rojak Pasembur
One fine Sunday morning during Ramadhan, I woke up from bed feeling very enthusiastic to cook ‘rojak pasembur’(semangat memasak saya mmg pelik2 kadang2…hehe…) I never cook ‘kuah kacang’ before but I decided to give it a try with high hopes that it will turn out good, or at least it’ll looks like ‘kuah kacang’. hehe…
Well, as you can see, I managed to make it looks like ‘kuah kacang’ and guess what? It actually tastes good… (of course not as flavorsome as my mom’s…huhu…).
To ‘enhance’ my ‘kuah kacang’ cooking skill, I cooked it again on the fourth day of hari raya. MiZLeO is one of the lucky people that got the chance to taste my ‘kuah kacang’. And to my surprise, her nephew, Daniel liked it and gave positive comments on it (I know MiZLeO gonna give ‘encouraging’ remarks on this matter…hahaha….).
For those who have been making ‘kuah kacang’ every hari raya, this might not be anything to be proud of, but as a first timer, this is a major achievement for me (hahaha…). I’m in my learning stage…huhu…

for the readers’ info, Danial-my nephew is the harderst boy/person to compliment on something apa tah lagi outsider like CK.
so, i guess CK is damn lucky enough to receive the compliment from him as we were definitely not expecting him to say so. -never!-
CK understands it well..huhuu…
Malangnya, i x sempat merasai kuah kacang CK coz i am full at that moment n i just had the soto..nyum nyum!
