It has been a wonderful and amazing 6 days full of adventure in a foreign land. The feeling of not-knowing what to do, how to get there and be there, how to manage your budget, where to stay and where to get tonnes of halal food measures how independent I am out of my safe area back home. This time, me and my friend went to Macau and Hong Kong. Since this was my first backpacking adventure and I must say there are a lot of things appeared to be off-handed (eventhough we’ve booked the flight 9 months ahead). I’ve always wanted to do this eversince I was in school but offcourse, financial and budget was my first and top priority at that time.

We took off from LCCT, Malaysia about 6:20 am to Macau and from there we took a First World Ferry Cruise to Hong Kong.

Having your lunch at an ordinary restaurant is OK but what if you can have it over at a restaurant with a great view. You may not notice that there is a restaurant (or shall I say it lounge) at Canseleri UiTM, Shah Alam. There are a number of menu or sets of meals for lunch to choose from at a reasonable price. It cannot be that expensive since it is run by a group of UiTM HotCat students. I had a chicken set at RM 7.90 (excluding drink).

The view is spectacular! You could see almost the entire Shah Alam skyline; and if you are lucky on a clear day, you can even see Petronas Twin Tower KLCC. Dining here sure does make me feel the sense of being a VVIP.
